Bono Leads Dublin Street Crowd in “Oh Come All Ye Faithful”
How cool would it be if you were out walking the streets on Christmas Eve night with your family and discover that the guy busking songs is not just some local musician, but U2 frontman Bono?
Yeah, pretty cool!
Reportedly Bono was raising money for The Simon Community that serves the homeless in the city. Yep, even on Christmas Eve when arguably the biggest rock star in the world could have been, well, been doing just about anything he wanted…he chose to help others.
And then Bono drew everyone’s attention to “the child who was born in straw and poverty” by leading the crowd that gathered around him in a rendition of “Oh Come All Ye Faithful”
(Oh Come All Ye Faithful starts at 3:20)
Bono as worship leader…I love it!
