Episode 072: Reshaping Structures in Education and Life with Natalie Chan Pt. 1

Hi Pilgrim,

On episode 72 of Beyond the Pale Tammy and I sit down with Natalie Chan, Director of OWN Academy in Hong Kong.  Natalie is on the forefront of rethinking traditional structures regarding education but as we learn in this episode, educational structures impact so many areas of society including race, culture, and justice just to name a few.

Natalie starts the episode by sharing her journey;  she describes how a shy Chinese girl from Hong Kong who, by her own admission, struggled with English went on to become an accomplished and respected entrepreneur who is helping shape new paradigms for the 21st century.
